Help leaders cultivate psychological safety skills to promote open and honest communication, encourage feedback, and foster a culture of growth and development. Teach active listening, constructive feedback, and conflict resolution skills to build a more cohesive, collaborative, and emotionally intune team.

Provide leaders with tools and resources to promote personal and team well-being. Emphasize the importance of prioritizing well-being through an interdisciplinary approach including; a practice of innovation, the eight dimensions of wellness, social and emotional development, and trauma-informed care to build a culture of care

Leaders will be provided with space and resources to explore practices, actions, and behaviors that actively inform cultures of trust, belonging, inclusion, accessibility, and equity. This may include understanding how to grow their leadership practices through do-no-harm principles, in order to strengthen their ability to advocate for their rights and needs, and the rights and needs of employees.

Coaching is both designed through, and aims to build Human-Centered tenants in leaders. This approach to problem-solving and creation places the needs and experiences of people at the center of the process. It involves understanding the needs, desires, and behaviors of people, and then designing solutions that meet those needs in a way that is useful, and enjoyable.

Coaching will collect and use data to provide valuable insights into patterns, trends, and opportunities that can help leaders make informed decisions and identify ways to improve or grow skills and performance.
